The high-rise component of Symphony Hills to be ready for occupancy by end of this year.
KUALA LUMPUR, 25 March 2016 – UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” and/or the “Company”), one of Malaysia’s top property developers completed the topping out for the high-rise component of its Symphony Hills development in Cyberjaya, Selangor – Verdi eco-dominiums in a ceremony held on 14 March 2016. The topping out ceremony signifies the structure completion of the development in accordance with the project’s schedule.
Officially launched on 18 & 19 May 2013, Verdi eco-dominiums is the high-rise component of UEM Sunrise’s overall 98-acre boutique development in Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya that offers innovative architectural design with a host of amenities and leisure facilities. Conceptualised based on contemporary “Living in a Park”, Verdi eco-dominiums blends the elements of modernity and natural environments, creating comfort and tranquillity within the development to be enjoyed by its residents.
Situated on a 9.16-acre freehold footprint, Verdi eco-dominiums features two residential towers of 44 (Tower 1) and 45 (Tower 2) storeys respectively with a total of 800 units. The built-ups range from 700 sq ft to 1,453 sq ft with an average of 10 units per floor.
Priced between RM528,800 and RM1,187,800 the units come in four types, namely:
- Type A – comprising 240 of one-bedroom units at 700 sq ft each;
- Type B/B2 – comprising 320 of two-bedroom units at 958/990 sq ft each;
- Type C – comprising 80 units of 3+1 bedroom units at 1,389 sq ft each; and
- Type D/D1 – comprising 160 units of 3+1 bedroom units at 1,442/1,453 sq ft each.
The topping out ceremony was led by UEM Sunrise’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, who was joined by Chief Operating Officer, Development, Dato’ Roslan Ibrahim and Project Director Central 2, Liong Kok Kit. Also present were the main contractor, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd who was represented by its Managing Director, Foo Chek Lee; as well as the Civil & Structural Consultant for the project, Perunding Aziz, Azali & Tee Sdn Bhd who was represented by its Director, Dato’ Tee Chai Seng.
Commenting on Verdi eco-dominiums’s topping out, Anwar Syahrin said, “We are proud to reach this stage of development and look forward to the completion by the end of this year before handing over the keys to our purchasers. We hope that residents will enjoy living here amidst the tranquil atmosphere combined with modern facilities,” he said while touring the development roof-top on the 45th floor.
Verdi eco-dominiums is set within a gated and guarded smart community conceived with convenience, comfort and security in mind offering smart-home features and community connectivity through high-speed broadband. Each unit is equipped with home automation controls such as lighting scenario, air-conditioning controls and an Info Kiosk, available via a video door phone.
