• He brings with him 30 years of extensive experience in corporate leadership, financial management, strategic planning and corporate operations management across real estate, hospitality, automotive and infrastructure sectors.

• He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of DRB-Hicom Berhad from 2016 to 2022, where he oversaw the group’s property development, hospitality and concession businesses, in addition to driving several key strategic initiatives. His experience also extends to a board role at Proton Holdings Berhad from 2017 to 2021, where he contributed to Proton’s strategic growth and transformation initiatives.

• He began his career in the corporate and financial advisory field before joining Pernas International Holdings Berhad (now renamed Tradewinds Corporation Berhad) in 2003 where he rose to become Group Chief Financial Officer.

• He later served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tradewinds Hotels and Resorts Sdn. Bhd. from 2005 to 2008, and subsequently led the then publicly listed Tradewinds Corporation Berhad through its transformational phases as the Group Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2015.

• In 2015, he moved to Malakoff Corporation Berhad and served as Executive Vice President, Corporate, focusing on business strategy and operational transformation until 2016.

• Leong brings more than three decades of experience in the property and engineering sectors, with a strong track record in taking development projects from planning to delivery. His experience covers land acquisition, product planning and property management.

• Prior to joining UEM Sunrise, Leong was with Tribeca Real Estate Management Sdn Bhd, where he led the development of Cedar Damansara, a low-density residential project in Bukit Damansara. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer, Property Development at Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad, where he oversaw project development and established the Kuala Lumpur team to support expansion beyond Negeri Sembilan and Johor.

• Leong has also held senior leadership roles at Tropicana Corporation Berhad, Naim Holdings Berhad and Bandar Raya Developments Berhad, where he was involved in large-scale mixed developments, joint ventures and international projects.

• As Chief Property Development Officer, Leong oversees UEM Sunrise’s end-to-end development functions, with a focus on product quality, cost discipline and timely delivery. He plays a key role in strengthening execution across the Company’s strategic growth corridors, including the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone and other high-growth urban markets.

• Prior to joining UEM Sunrise, he held senior roles in major public and private institutions in Malaysia, including Director of Finance at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Group Head of Strategy at QSR Brands (M) Berhad, Chief Treasury Officer at Berjaya Corporation Berhad and Head of Treasury at Permodalan Nasional Berhad. He began his career with Ernst & Young.

• Hafizuddin was appointed as Officer-in-Charge ("OIC"), covering the role of Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") for 11 months. In this capacity, he provided strategic leadership and oversight of the Group's operations, supporting business continuity and the execution of the Group's priorities.

• His responsibilities include driving financial discipline and business sustainability, overseeing financial reporting controls, upholding legal and governance standards and steering strategic procurement initiatives. He also leads the company's international business and market development agenda, strengthening UEM Sunrise's growth opportunities and value creation beyond the domestic market.

• Emily currently heads UEM Sunrise's Marketing and Customer division. In this role, she leads brand positioning, sales and marketing strategy and customer service delivery.

• Prior to joining UEM Sunrise, she held senior HR leadership roles at AIA Berhad, Shell Business Service Centre, Shell Information Technology International and Siemens Malaysia, among others.

• Peggy was appointed as Chief People Officer on 1 December 2021 and redesignated as Chief People & Technology Officer on 1 June 2026.

• She currently leads the People and Organisation division, with oversight of People & Culture, Digital & Technology Innovation, Corporate Property Management and Auxiliary Police.

• In this role, she drives the integration of people, culture and technology strategies to strengthen organisational performance, governance and workplace effectiveness, while supporting sustainable and compliant business practices.

• Azmy was appointed as Chief Business Officer on 1 June 2025 and redesignated Chief Ventures & Investment Officer on 1 June 2026. He previously served as Head, Financial Controller 1.

• He currently leads the Ventures & Investment portfolio, comprising Joint Venture Management, Strategic Commercialisation, Land Acquisition and Business Development.

• In this role, he drives UEM Sunrise's long-term growth strategy by unlocking value from the Group's landbank, partnerships and business development ecosystem, while strengthening commercial outcomes and long-term value creation.

• Saniman currently leads UEM Sunrise's township business and operations, overseeing strategy, execution and portfolio growth. In this role, he drives the end-to-end delivery of large-scale township developments, with a focus on quality, cost discipline and timely delivery, infrastructure planning and long-term value creation.

• He also provides broader oversight across the Southern region, ensuring alignment in execution and delivery across UEM Sunrise's development priorities.
