Scam Activity Using UEM Sunrise’s Name

KUALA LUMPUR, 28 June 2025 – UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or “the Company”) has been alerted of a scam involving false claims of a joint venture between UEM Sunrise and Singapore's Temasek.

 

The scammers operating under the name “G&A Affordable Homes Project”, are claiming to represent the joint venture to promote the sale of apartments in Medini Iskandar in Johor. The scammers are soliciting personal and financial information from individuals to receive deposits for the project.

 

UEM Sunrise wishes to confirm and to stress that we are not associated nor involved with “G&A Affordable Homes Project”. UEM Sunrise is also not in any joint venture with Temasek related to this or any other initiative.

 

We urge members of the public to be vigilant and to report any suspicious communication to the relevant authorities immediately.
