The design theme for Dahlia will remain as ‘Tropical Resort’ inspired by the ‘kampung house’ elements that will interplay with white and timber zone. Serene Heights Semenyih is overall a masterpiece of lush landscaping, conceptualised to be a tropical-themed kampung setting as the development boasts pristine landscaping, rustic creeks and an undulating terrain that is set against a backdrop of dreamy hills. Serene Heights Semenyih development is perfect for a peaceful living yet an active lifestyle in a modern township living.

Serene Heights Semenyih homes are designed with a sense of style, practicality and comfort, featuring well-defined family areas with high ceilings, a spacious kitchen which opens out into a backyard as well as spacious living and dining areas. The interiors are fluid and unobstructed, complemented by generously large windows which provide ample natural lighting and excellent ventilation. On the exterior, a nostalgic experience awaits at the 25-acre Creekside Parkland, the largest green zone in Serene Heights that features a winding 1.3km long waterway, a 3.5km long cycling and jogging track and lush, landscaped spaces.

Themed playzones can be found along the Creekside Parkland where traditional games that once filled our free time such as Hopscotch Valley, Takraw Park, Gasing Land and Congkak Place can be inspired. In addition, unique recreational parks such as Wellness Garden, Leisure Garden and Serene Lakepark allow residents to reconnect with nature as well as relax their mind and body.
