UEM Sunrise Returns To Surabaya & Jakarta, Indonesia For Second Property Roadshow
INDONESIA, 1 March 2014 – UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise”), the master developer of Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia and one of the leading property developers in Malaysia, will return to Indonesia for its second property roadshow on the back of strong demand from its introduction of Nusajaya properties to the Indonesian market in April 2013. Nusajaya properties have been popular in the Indonesian market given the modern, spacious lifestyle and good transportation links. The first road show, which was held on 11 April 2013, saw an approximate RM23 million worth of properties sold.
The roadshows will be held in two venues – in Surabaya from 3 to 9 March; and in Jakarta from 22 to 23 March; which will focus exclusively on attractive and popular developments in Nusajaya such as the Grand Pool Villas Noble Park (Phase 4B) in East Ledang; Ophiria @East Ledang (Phase 9); and the new property project, Almãs Suites @Puteri Harbour.
UEM Sunrise will collaborate with the local real estate agency, Ray White Real Estate, to manage both he roadshows that will be held at Linear Atrium & Void Area, Ground Floor, Ciputra World, Surabaya from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm; and at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place in Jakarta from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm respectively.
