UEM Sunrise’s Residensi22 Mont’Kiara Tops Out

UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” and/or the “Company”), one of Malaysia’s leading property developers completed the topping out for Residensi22 Mont’Kiara in a ceremony held on 18 February 2017. The event signifies the structure completion of the development.

Officially launched in September 2013, Residensi22 Mont’Kiara is one of UEM Sunrise’s latest high-rise developments located in Mont’Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Residensi22 Mont’Kiara which has achieved a take up of 98% to date sits on 5.43 acres of freehold land located along Jalan Kiara 4 in Mont’Kiara and commands a Gross Development Value of RM971 million. The development comprises 534 units of condominiums spread over two towers of 39 and 40-storeys respectively.

Priced between RM1.3 million and RM3.2 million, the units come in seven types, namely Type A to Type G with sizes ranging from 1,878 sq ft to 3,163 sq ft.

The topping out ceremony was led by UEM Sunrise’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib who was joined by Chief Operating Officer, Development, Dato’ Roslan Ibrahim; Chief Financial Officer, Azhar Othman and Project Director Central 2, Liong Kok Kit. Also present were the main contractor, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd who was represented by its Group Managing Director, Tan Eng Piow and Project Director, Yap Cheng Hong as well as the project’s architect, UIG Architects Sdn Bhd who was represented by its Director, Ar. Reno Lee.

Commenting on Residensi22 Mont’Kiara’s topping out, Anwar Syahrin said, “We are proud to reach this stage of development and look forward to the completion by the end of this year before handing over the keys to our purchasers.
