UEM Land Engages With Singaporean Customers In Appreciation Dinner

KUALA LUMPUR, 6 May 2013 – UEM Land Holdings Berhad (“UEM Land” or “the Company”) hosted an appreciation dinner exclusively for its loyal Singaporean customers at the Traders Hotel, Singapore last month on 20 April. The dinner was held for the Management of the Company and key personnel to engage with its Singaporean customers and provide them with up-to-date information on UEM Land’s latest offerings. Most importantly, the dinner was held a gesture of appreciation for their continuous support in trusting UEM Land’s products.

The dinner was attended by 180 guests, including loyal customers who currently live in Singapore but own a second home or investment in Nusajaya, Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur. Puan Siti Mariam Mohd Desa, Chief Marketing Officer of UEM Land represented the Company accompanied by Cik Shahrul Bariah Mohd Rejab, General Manager of Customers and Community Development Division.

With UEM Land’s strong track record in Nusajaya and Kuala Lumpur as well as in Cyberjaya, we believe that we can continue creating contemporary homes and work places that are sustainable to meet the discerning needs of our customers,” Puan Siti Mariam assured.

Puan Siti Mariam also briefed guests on UEM Land’s current product offerings such as Teega @Puteri Harbour, East Ledang and Nusa Idaman located in Nusajaya and Verdi eco-dominiums in Cyberjaya. Projects in Kuala Lumpur, namely Arcoris Mont’Kiara and Summer VOS in Kuala Lumpur were showcased during the dinner pre-reception for customers to obtain first hand information on the developments. In addition, Mr. Jonathan Parr, Deputy Group Leader of the internationally renowned architectural practice, Foster+Partners provided an in depth presentation of the quint components of the award-winning Arcoris Mont’Kiara development during the dinner.

To add to the enjoyable ambience, guests were entertained by versatile performers – Dan Thompson and 3-piece Tes Trio live band, with two sessions of lucky draw announcements.
